POSITION SUMMARY Our café team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co-Worker, you’ll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment people love returning to. This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You’ll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.

Requirements: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting A love for hospitality rooted in human connection Wage includes an average tip of $6.00 per hour. Tip amounts are not guaranteed. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service.
