Enterprise Account Executive (New York)

About MS Shift MS Shift is a fast-growing enterprise SaaS platform powering security and operations for major global hospitality brands. We are scaling across North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia — supporting large multi-property hotel portfolios.

What You’ll Own • Lead enterprise onboarding for multi-site hotel portfolios • Manage implementation timelines from kickoff to go-live • Drive executive-level engagement with Directors of Security, IT, Operations, and C-suite stakeholders • Build strategic account plans for global hotel groups

Expansion & Revenue Growth • Own upsell and cross-sell strategy across enterprise portfolios • Expand module adoption across properties (multi-site penetration) • Identify white space opportunities within global brands • Drive seat expansion, feature upgrades, and premium module adoption • Position new product releases across existing accounts • Lead QBRs focused on value realization and expansion roadmap • Forecast expansion revenue and hit growth targets • Partner with Sales leadership to structure enterprise-wide expansion deals • Develop multi-year enterprise growth plans

Client Success & Retention • Ensure strong adoption, engagement, and usage growth • Monitor KPIs and proactively mitigate churn risk • Provide executive-level KPI dashboards and ROI reporting • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support

What We’re Looking For •

10+ years in Enterprise SaaS

(Account Executive, Enterprise CSM, or Strategic Accounts) • Proven track record driving 7-figure expansion within enterprise accounts • Experience managing complex, multi-location deployments • Strong commercial acumen with both “farmer” and strategic growth mindset • Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented • Hospitality or security-tech experience is a strong plus

Compensation Base Salary:

$130K – $180K Performance Bonus Growth opportunity into Director-level role as we scale
