The role involves defending insureds and advising carriers on liability, exposure, and coverage issues across a range of claims. Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation Defend high-exposure personal injury and premises liability matters Represent professionals in malpractice and professional liability claims Analyze and litigate insurance coverage issues Take and defend fact and expert depositions Draft and argue dispositive motions and discovery motions Partner directly with claims professionals and in-house counsel to develop litigation and coverage strategies Provide timely, practical case evaluations and exposure assessments Interested in hearing more?
