Shift Schedule:
Shift Options (CST):
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ( 8 openings )
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( 8 openings )
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( 9 openings )
Hours per Week:
40 hours
Start Date:
ASAP
Pay Highlights:
$15-16/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Interviewing & Call Management
Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants
Conduct structured medical and financial interviews or leave appropriate voicemail messages
Gather and accurately document:
Medical history
Financial history
Occupational and avocation details
Documentation & Quality
Review and edit collected information in real time to ensure accuracy and quality
Document call attempts, outcomes, and interview details within the system
Learn and follow client-specific interview and documentation requirements
Systems & Compliance
Utilize the
C4 Call Management System , Dialer, and
Avaya Phone System
Log call results and update orders as required
Adhere to all compliance, safety, and confidentiality policies
Follow all safety guidelines outlined in training and the Safety Manual
Customer & Team Support
Respond professionally and efficiently to requests from clients, staff, and management
Maintain a concierge-level customer service approach
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience Preferred:
Life insurance or call center experience —
Preferred
Medical terminology knowledge —
Preferred
Customer service experience —
Preferred
Note:
Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
