User Experience Researcher (Cambridge)

Title: User Experience (UX) Researcher Location: Cambridge, MA Hybrid Duration: 4+ months

Job Details: Outline the job duties, skills and experience required: Conduct end-to-end qualitative user research and survey independently. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on research planning, review and reporting. Prepare reports and present findings to internal stakeholders. What are the must-have skills vs the nice-to-have skills? Must have at least 4 years of industry experience in UX research, using qualitative or mixed methods. Must have experience working on generative AI products. Nice to have: conversational AI and voice AI products. Must have experience working in B2B2C space. Nice to have: Experience working with retail, Quick Service restaurants or automotive clients or industries. Strong technical understanding and able to speak the language of developers and AI/ML.
