We’re looking for a Head of Sales and Events to work with us on a brand new contract.

\nLocation: London - Zone 1\nSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience\nWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday\nJob Purpose:\n

We are looking to recruit a Head of Sales and Events to drive revenue by overseeing sales strategies and the execution of event planning and delivery.

\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales Strategy & Leadership:\n
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and achieve revenue targets, leading and motivating the sales team
\nClient Relationship Management:\n
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.
\nEvent Planning & Management:\n
  • Oversee the entire event planning process, from initial concept and pitching to operational execution and on‑site delivery.
\nCommercial Growth:\n
  • Drive business development and commercial growth for the business or venue, focusing on securing high‑value contracts and long‑term partnerships.
\nFinancial Oversight:\n
  • Ensure events are planned and executed within budget, achieving set financial goals and maximizing profitability.
\nRequired Skills & Experience\n

  • Sales Expertise:

  • A strong background in sales, particularly in high‑end hospitality or events.

  • Organisational Skills:
  • \n
  • Excellent Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and large‑scale events.
  • \n
  • Negotiation & Communication:
  • \n
  • Strong client‑facing and negotiation skills to secure deals and build client trust.
  • \n
  • Leadership:
  • \n
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a small team.
