Senior Consultant Photographer and Videographer A compact combined photo and video studio is being established inside a storage facility in Oxford. We require a highly experienced commercial photographer and videographer to design, install, and calibrate the studio and to train a junior creator to manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Design a dual‑purpose studio for still photography, vertical short‑form video, and live shopping broadcasts Specify and source all required equipment Create a complete Media Playbook, including photography templates, video templates, lighting diagrams, editing presets, and workflow standards Train the junior studio creator to deliver consistent output Requirements Minimum five years of commercial photography experience Experience producing video content for social platforms Excellent knowledge of continuous lighting, DSLR/mirrorless systems, and studio workflow Proficient in Lightroom and CapCut or Adobe Premiere Ability to teach and create simple, repeatable systems Compensation Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
