Employment Tax Senior Manager – Top 30 Accountancy Firm

£75,000 – £85,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected national firm during an exciting period of growth and play a key role in shaping its Employment Tax offering.
Your new role:
As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex employment tax advisory projects while developing relationships with key clients across multiple industries. You'll take a strategic role in driving business growth, managing a talented team, and delivering technical excellence across areas such as IR35, PAYE/NIC, CIS, National Minimum Wage, and reward structuring.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading complex Employment Tax advisory and HMRC enquiry projects
Providing strategic advice on employment status, contractor compliance, and reward planning
Managing a portfolio of high-value clients across varied sectors
Developing and mentoring a team of Managers and junior staff
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposals and tenders
Delivering technical training sessions and employment tax updates internally and externally
Working closely with Partners to drive service line growth and ensure best-in-class delivery
About you:
Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, ideally gained within practice
CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
Proven track record of managing clients and delivering high-quality advisory projects
Confident communicator with strong leadership and commercial skills
Ability to identify growth opportunities and build long-term client relationships
