The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who is energetic, driven to succeed and seeking a new challenge. Join our busy practice where you'll work autonomously across a broad mix of property law matters, including conveyancing, leasing, Wills & Estate Planning. What We Offer Interesting variety of work across multiple practice areas $130,000 - $150,000 ex Super salary Range Opportunity to work with a happy, close-knit team with low staff turnover Supportive environment where you can work autonomously What You'll Be Doing Preparing and negotiating contracts for sale for residential, commercial and industrial property Preparing and negotiating Retail and Commercial Leases, acting for both landlords and tenants Handling varied property law matters and general commercial work Wills and Estate Planning (including Testamentary Trusts) Building ongoing relationships with clients across our diverse client base What We're Looking For 5+ years post admission experience Current admission to practice law in NSW Experience in property conveyancing and contract preparation/negotiation Experience with Retail and Commercial Leases for both landlords and tenants Background in Wills and Estate Planning (including Testamentary Trusts) Exceptional legal and drafting skills Solid commercial nous and excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships Australian citizenship or permanent residency required Interested in this position?
