A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier national practice, in London.

The firm, which ranks as one of the top 40 in the UK, is arguably the largest and widest-reaching domestic UK law firm.

The London corporate team is made up of 40 lawyers undertaking high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally across the renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, life sciences, healthcare, technology, media, telecoms, financial services, retail, and sports sectors.

My client are currently looking to add a talented corporate lawyers, with strong experience and interest, predominantly in Private Equity work, but with rounded exposure to M&A, and Capital Markets.

The salary bracket for the roles starts at £120k from 6 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1350.

• A strong academic background

With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
