\nRole Overview\n

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our board and lead the next stage of our commercial growth. This is a pivotal leadership role in a high-growth, PE-backed business where sales, account management and marketing sit at the heart of our strategy.

As CCO, you will:

  • Unite and lead sales, account management and marketing into a single, powerful commercial strategy

  • Drive ambitious revenue and EBITDA growth
  • \n
  • Play a key role in shaping the firm’s future — with equity on offer for the right candidate.

\nKey Responsibilities\nCommercial Strategy & Leadership\n
    \n
  • Develop and execute an integrated commercial strategy across sales, account management and marketing
  • \n
  • Align plans with company growth objectives and continuously refine them to maximise revenue and profitability
  • \n
  • Drive innovation through creative and data-led approaches
  • \n
\nPerformance Management\n
    \n
  • Define and own KPIs for all commercial functions
  • \n
  • Implement scalable processes and automation to systemise delivery
  • \n
  • Use data to analyse pipeline performance, campaign ROI, conversion rates and customer feedback
  • \n
\nContinuous Improvement & Growth Initiatives\n
    \n
  • Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities
  • \n
  • Experiment with new channels, approaches and structures
  • \n
  • Challenge and evolve commercial processes to ensure they’re fit for the future
  • \n
\nStrategic Planning & Recurring Revenue\n
    \n
  • Build multi-year revenue and market expansion plans
  • \n
  • Strengthen and grow our subscription and recurring revenue models
  • \n
  • Influence product and service development to achieve long-term goals
  • \n
\nExecutive Collaboration\n
    \n
  • Act as a key member of the Board and executive team
  • \n
  • Partner with the CEO and C-suite colleagues on overall company direction
  • \n
  • Provide commercial insight and report on performance at board level
  • \n
\nQualifications & Experience\nProven Commercial Leader\n
    \n
  • 10+ years in senior commercial roles (e.g. CCO, CRO, Sales or Marketing Director)
  • \n
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in scaling businesses
  • \n
\nSales & Account Management Expertise\n
    \n
  • Deep understanding of outbound and inbound sales engines
  • \n
  • Experience of leading on the development of pro-active account management strategies that build revenue and reduce churn
  • \n
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams, implementing dashboards, and driving performance cultures
  • \n
\nMarketing & Brand Strategy Acumen\n
    \n
  • Ability to set and oversee a marketing vision that balances brand building with performance and growth objectives at scale
  • \n
  • Experience providing strategic oversight of paid digital channels, SEO, and AI/LLM optimisation to drive high-quality lead generation
  • \n
\nData-Driven & KPI-Focused\n
    \n
  • Target-driven approach, using metrics and insights to shape strategy
  • \n
  • Skilled in defining, tracking and acting on commercial KPIs
  • \n
\nLeadership & Communication\n
    \n
  • Inspiring and clear communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • \n
  • Confident presenting to boards, investors and clients
  • \n
\nBoard-Level Experience\n

  • Experience operating at board or executive level

  • Strong understanding of governance, strategy and investor relations
