Senior Health and Protection Consultant - Scotland Mercer Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). The role will be based in our Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service. Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate. Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed account plans. Qualifications In‑depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential. Financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills. Strong consulting and relationship‑management skills. Technical, product and process knowledge. Inter‑personal, communication and time‑management skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
