About the Opportunity

Sanderson G&D are supporting multiple organisations within the national security and intelligence sector, who are expanding their transformation and consulting teams. We are seeking experienced Consultants who can shape, influence, and deliver high-impact change initiatives across mission-critical programmes.

In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders across secure government environments to define business problems, develop strategic recommendations, map processes, and support the delivery of secure digital and organisational transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a DV-cleared professional looking to broaden their understanding of the consulting landscape, contribute to new national-level programmes, and gain experience in a different environment with differing approaches.

We are recruiting mid-level, DV-cleared consultants across a range of disciplines and roles, including:

• Strategy Consultants
• Business Analysts

• Governance, Risk & Compliance Consultants
• Portfolio & Programme Analysts

Essential Skills & Experience

• Active DV clearance (applications without DV cannot be considered)
• Proven experience in a Consulting role
• Strong background in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping
• Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary delivery environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to work effectively in secure customer sites and adapt to fast-changing priorities
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and leading discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Exposure to digital transformation, service redesign, or operating model change
• Knowledge of cloud, data, cyber, or emerging technologies (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience supporting strategy development or target operating model design
