SVP Sales & Business Development, Europe Gastroenterology AI / MedTech Our client is a fast-moving medtech company commercializing a CE-marked and FDA-cleared AI platform for gastroenterology. The product is already in the hands of leading European centers, and they need a senior commercial operator to turn early traction into a strong, defensible market presence. This role is the direct path to Chief Commercialization Officer for the right performer. This is an individual-contributor role initially , fully remote, with frequent travel across Europe. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline. Strong sales and negotiation skills; clear, confident communicator. Proven success selling medical devices, ideally in flexible endoscopy or adjacent GI technologies. Solid customer-relationship skills across clinical and procurement stakeholders. Hands‑on understanding of target setting, forecasting, and commercial analytics tools. Consistent record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in medtech. Willingness to travel heavily across Europe and manage demanding schedules. Strong presenter able to tailor pitch and technical depth to clinicians, KOLs, and hospital purchasing teams. Responsibilities Lead all European sales and business development activities for the company’s AI solution. Own the entire commercial cycle: product positioning, market access groundwork, prospect engagement, deal management, and post‑sale follow‑through. Drive expansion by presenting, promoting, and selling to new and existing GI centers, private groups, and hospital systems. Build, qualify, and maintain a robust pipeline; actively seek out new customer leads and strengthen relationships with current clients. Establish and nurture strong commercial and clinical relationships across the region. Hit agreed European sales targets on time and with predictable forecasting. Provide management with clear, structured reporting on customer needs, objections, competitive movements, and opportunities for product extensions or new offerings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
