Working with a cohort of pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs you will be supported through multi-disciplinary clinical teams, guided by our excellent practice and standards team and our OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. You will be allocated a designated clinical supervisor and be operationally supported by a Lead Clinician on site. You will have a high level of presence and visibility within the school and classroom, working collaboratively with education colleagues whilst also contributing to and coordinating staff training. Regular reviews, reflection and consultations with education staff colleagues will support the embedding of clinical excellence.
