The Role A stimulating opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners through: Direct, hands-on support for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Assisting with daily activities, bespoke learning and communication programmes Collaborating with class teachers, therapists, parents, and external professionals Monitoring pupil progress, contributing to assessments and planning personalised interventions Ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment Essential Requirements Proven experience working with children with PMLD or similar complex needs Relevant training, such as Makaton, AAC, sensory strategies, or PMLD-specific strategies Deep understanding of child development and SEN frameworks Strong communication and collaborative skills Empathy, patience, and a commitment to inclusive practice Why Join Us?
