The role involves guiding organizations on AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation strategies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI and digital transformation strategies tailored for life sciences or pharma organizations.Advise on AI applications across R&D, clinical trials, supply chain, and patient engagement.Conduct market, technology, and competitive analyses to identify AI opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI road maps and governance frameworks.Support change management and adoption of AI-driven solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in AI strategy consulting within life sciences, pharma, or biotech.Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in healthcare and pharma.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with data strategy, digital transformation, and technology implementation.Previous consulting experience either with a Big 4, MBB, or similarPreferred:Advanced degree in life sciences, pharma, data science, or related field.Experience with regulatory and compliance aspects in healthcare or pharma AI solutions.Seniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: ConsultingIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
