Senior Medical Writer | Medical Communications | Freelance Contract | Agency | Remote | Flexible Hourly Rate We’re looking for an experienced Senior Medical Writer to support a growing medical communications team across multiple therapy areas and channels. This role would suit someone with a strong background in Publications writing, Medical Affairs materials, multichannel content, or a combination of these, and who is confident working in a client-facing environment. Key responsibilities of the Senior Medical Writer | Medical Communications | Freelance Contract | Agency | Remote | Flexible Hourly Rate Writing and reviewing content for scientific publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts) Developing medical education and multi-channel materials (congress reports, symposia, training materials) Creating social media posts, banner ads, and digital content for medical audiences Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders Experience & Skills of the Senior Medical Writer | Medical Communications | Freelance Contract | Agency | Remote | Flexible Hourly Rate 10+ years working in a medical communications agency setting Background in either publications writing, medical affairs materials or promotional Experience in oncology, immunology, and/or cardiovascular disease areas Ideally client facing Contractual details of the Senior Medical Writer | Medical Communications | Freelance Contract | Agency | Remote | Flexible Hourly Rate ASAP start Must be available 3+ days per week Outside IR35 (for UK candidates)
