Mechanic/hgv Fitter

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing on a fleet of HGVs and commercial vehicles to ensure they meet safety and legal standards. *Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Class 1 HGVs and trailers. * Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults. * Conduct pre-MOT inspections and prepare vehicles for testing. * Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues. * NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent). * Proven experience as an HGV mechanic/technician. * Full UK Driving Licence (HGV Class 1 is an advantage). * Experience with a range of commercial vehicle brands. * Welding/fabrication skills (preferred but not essential) *Competitive salary + overtime. * Ongoing training & career progression. * 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). * Uniform & PPE provided. *Monday to Friday * Weekend availability/overtime (as required) * Two shift system early/late If you’re a reliable and motivated HGV Mechanic looking to work with a supportive team, apply today!
