What the job involves Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio management, and realisation Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the fund Who we are looking for Prior European private equity experience at the associate level is prerequisite Excellent academics including a degree at Bachelor or Master’s level A credible and engaging presentational style, coupled with the confidence to be effective in relationship building with vendors / management teams and advisers High level of numeracy and technical proficiency, combined with the commercial awareness to put the numbers into their strategic context #J-18808-Ljbffr
