English Teacher Contract Type: Temporary (1 term) Location: Chichester Salary: Day rate according to main pay scales We are seeking a qualified English Teacher to join our secondary school in Chichester for one term. This role involves full teaching responsibilities for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and passionate educator to contribute to our students' academic success and development. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Assess and record students' progress and prepare them for examinations. Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively. Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons. Participate in school meetings and events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience in teaching English to secondary school students. Strong understanding of the UK curriculum for KS3 and KS4 English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students.
