Public Affairs Account Executive, Account Manager & Account Director

As we continue to expand our PR and media relations service, we’re looking for a PR Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join the team. The role involves client management, strategic PR execution, and media relations, including pitching and content creation for business audiences. Client relationship management: PR strategy and execution: Contribute to and execute PR campaign plans aligned with client business goals and target audiences. ● Content creation & management: Support the creation of press releases, articles, blog posts, social media content, award entries, and speaker submissions for clients. ● Campaign management: Manage the day-to-day execution of PR and comms plans, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget. ● Reporting & analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor media coverage, and create comprehensive reports on campaign success and results. ● New business support: Contribute to pitching for new business opportunities and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts. A strong understanding of the B2B sector, especially construction, engineering and professional services. ● The ability to develop and implement strategic PR plans that align with business objectives. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, pitching, and content creation. ● A solid understanding of media tools and experience building and maintaining media contact networks. ● Proficiency in writing various forms of content and ability to brief and edit external or internal copywriters. ● Ability to track metrics, analyse data, and provide data-led recommendations for improvement. ● Strong rapport-building skills, excellent time management to meet tight deadlines, and a proactive, confident attitude.
