Manchester-based | 4 days office / 1 day WFH We’re partnered with a branded and private label FMCG snacking business that’s searching for a Commercial Director to lead the UK operation. The portfolio is genuinely impressive, multiple brands across a range of product categories, with some enjoying global recognition. The UK business is currently turning over £35m, with a clear and ambitious plan to double in size. Growth isn’t limited to existing customers either, this business is constantly exploring new territories and channels while already working with all Top 6 retailers. Despite this, there remains significant headroom within those accounts. The team? Absolutely solid in skillset, but I need someone who wants to not just get their hands dirty but someone who wants to develop and grow a team. This role is all about strategy and leadership.
