Job Description

Irresistible Studios is looking for a Head of Brand Sales to lead the companyโ€™s brand-facing commercial strategy, driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new brand partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of modern content creation, pitching to brands, social media ecosystems, paid marketing and how brands leverage digital storytelling to grow. You will collaborate closely with Company Directors, Creative, Production, Agency Sales and Talent teams to pitch and win accounts of work. Strategic & Technical Work Develop and execute the companyโ€™s brand sales strategy to client acquisition and annual revenue targets. Forecast sales performance, pipeline health and revenue growth to senior leadership. Identify new market opportunities, emerging sectors and strategic areas for expansion. Lead outreach and relationship building with senior brand stakeholders across defined sectors. Pitch content-led solutions and full-service smart production partnerships. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation and closing. Ensure proposals are strategically aligned, creatively compelling and financially robust. Represent the company at industry events, award shows, pitch meetings and conferences. Maintain a deep understanding of digital content trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts and brand marketing strategies. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in brand partnerships and agency new business / sales. Strong track record of achieving (and surpassing) revenue targets. Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), content and brand storytelling. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior brand decision-makers. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-stakes pitches simultaneously. Success Looks Like Prospecting and meeting with key decision makers at suitable brands. Highโ€‘quality proposals and pitches that win marketโ€‘leading work. Consistent revenue growth and pipeline expansion. Expansion of clients, building upon existing client base.
