Residential Conveyancer – Full-Time, Permanent Location: Lincoln office or Remote TSR Legal are pleased to partner with a fast-growing, multi-office legal and property services firm that is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team and looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer. The Opportunity This is a hands-on conveyancing role with responsibility from day one. You’ll manage a varied residential caseload and play an active part in client relationships, referrer engagement, and team development. The position can be office-based in Lincoln or fully remote. Key Responsibilities Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Dealing with new build, shared ownership, remortgages, and transfers of equity Title checking and reporting to clients Raising, reviewing, and signing off enquiries Checking mortgage offers and search results Liaising with solicitors, brokers, agents, and other parties Keeping clients and referrers regularly updated Using and maintaining a case management system Ensuring AML, risk, and compliance requirements are met Handling requisitions and post-completion matters Supporting, mentoring, and training junior colleagues Contributing to leadership and team support tasks where appropriate Experience Required Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files end-to-end Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Excellent client communication skills Comfortable working with referrers and third parties A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues Experience mentoring others or a genuine interest in doing so Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team High attention xbpsjku to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload What’s on Offer Competitive salary with annual review and performance-related bonus Clear progression opportunities Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays, increasing with service Additional birthday leave Enhanced pension contributions Life assurance cover Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Company sick pay Wellbeing support and health benefits Ongoing training and development investment If you’re an experienced conveyancer looking to join a progressive, well-backed firm where you can grow and have real input into how the team evolves, contact Hannah Williams at TSR Legal directly for a confidential call or submit your CV below.
