About the Role We are recruiting a Weekend Team Leader to join the production team at the Portadown manufacturing facility. This Weekend Team Leader position suits a positive leader who champions safety, inspires teams, and promotes operational excellence. The Weekend Team Leader will lead performance across a fast-moving production environment. Why Apply Annual leave * Overtime * Training * Free onsite parking * Discounted staff shop Key Responsibilities Lead a team of up to 20 people on a fast-moving production line * Put Health & Safety at the heart of all activities * Ensure production of safe, high-quality products * Drive performance and exceed KPI targets (ATP, OEE, PPM, waste reduction) * Inspire and develop the team to achieve excellence and continuous improvement Essential Criteria Experience working within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing highly desirable) * Motivated, results-driven leader with a passion for developing others * Natural team player who thrives on collaboration * Strong communication skills * Commitment to innovation, improvement, and operational success Desirable Criteria Experience leading teams within a fast-paced production environment * Experience working in food manufacturing * Knowledge of KPI management. * Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice within manufacturing * Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives About the Employer Kerry Foods is part of Kerry Group, a major international food and ingredients business headquartered in Ireland, with operations in the UK, Ireland and globally.
