Become a Functional Assessor , either supporting Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services — with a flexible hybrid working model based in Oxford. Role: Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA Location: Hybrid (Oxford-based) Employment Type: Full Time WCA + PIP Monday – Friday, No Weekends Part Time - PIP only (3 or 4 days a week but must commit to full time during training Salary: £43,000 – £45,500 per annum This is a non-treatment role where you’ll use your clinical knowledge to assess individuals and produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decisions. Whether working from home or in the Oxford assessment centre, you’ll be part of a supportive team making a real difference. Minimum of 1 year working experience or above. Computer or IT skills are a distinct advantage. Typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 35 words per minute.
