Personal Tax Senior Manager

We are seeking a Personal Tax Senior Manager to lead and manage tax compliance and advisory services for a Top-20 UK Practice. This role is based in Cardiff and requires expertise in personal tax advice and client engagement. Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established organisation in the UK accountancy practice market. They are a nationally ranging firm with a focus on delivering exceptional tax services to their diverse client base. Description Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services. Provide expert advice on personal tax matters to clients and team members. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Review and oversee the preparation of personal tax returns and computations. Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored solutions to clients. Ensure adherence to current tax legislation and regulatory standards. Support and mentor team members to enhance their professional development. Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth. A Successful Personal Tax Senior Manager Should Have A professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, or equivalent. Comprehensive knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance. Strong experience managing a portfolio of clients within the professional services industry. Proven ability to provide tax planning and advisory services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships. The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
