They require a new Legal Counsel with a desire to learn, someone who would like the opportunity to lead as a business advisor and regularly interact with internal stakeholders. Role The organisation is seeking a junior lawyer to join their Legal & Compliance team in a newly created role. You will be providing commercial and regulatory support across the EMEALA business. Primary Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating agreements including distribution agreements, rebate agreements, side letters, broker terms, and investment management agreements. Drafting a wide range of commercial contracts such as vendor contracts, NDAs, and marketing agreements Advising on financial services regulations such as MIFID II, EMIR, UCITS, and AIFMD Drafting data processing agreements and privacy policies Maintaining contract databases and internal procedures Assisting the legal team in maintaining and growing its know-how and precedents database Liaising with outside counsel as appropriate Providing legal support on ad hoc legal matters Benefits £85,000 flexible Discretionary bonus and pension Hybrid Working Office based in London, Victoria #J-18808-Ljbffr
