With full autonomy to lead, drive performance and shape the Sales operation, the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering the next phase of the group’s strategic vision. Key Responsibilities Leading a multi‑brand operation across sales Achieving a balanced 50:50 new‑to‑used vehicle sales ratio Driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness Fostering a positive and motivated team culture Ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory requirements Delivering consistent commercial performance through data‑led decision making Requirements A minimum of 5 to 7 years senior leadership experience Demonstrated success in managing sales functions Strong leadership and team development capabilities Confidence to make autonomous decisions and implement process improvements A dynamic, engaging personality with the presence to inspire and influence at all levels The ideal candidate will be a sophisticated, strategic leader with a strong sense of accountability, a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results.
