You’ll map out processes, uncover bottlenecks, and help design solutions that directly support front and middle office workflows. You’ll lead conversations between business and tech, help drive new feature rollouts, and make sure what’s delivered actually works for the people using it. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that values speed, clarity, and getting things done. It’s an agile setup, close to the front office, hybrid working (3 days in London), and a flat structure where your voice gets heard.
