Location: Remote/Hybrid working (UK-based). Remote‑first, may require occasional meetups with the Senior Leadership Team.
Salary: Approx. £130k per annum, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
About This Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic CRO to shape how we work at Vestd, optimizing the revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will lead the centralised Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success resources, working closely with the CEO and Business Unit leaders on Go‑to‑Market strategies, marketing spend optimization, bottleneck removal, conversion improvement, clean data foundations ensuring teams deliver revenue each month.

Responsibilities
Own value delivery from the full GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
Ensure data integrity across CRM, billing, product usage, and analytics.
Ensure teams are trained to use the systems consistently.
Own company‑wide revenue plan, forecasting accuracy (ARR, MRR, pipeline health, churn/expansion), and performance management framework.
Own revenue target‑setting frameworks, incentive design, and performance management aligning Business Units.
Work with BU Leads to optimise marketing spend across ICPs and GTM plans.
Collaborate with Analytics to build a single source of truth for revenue reporting and dashboards.
Partner with the CEO, Finance, and Technology leadership to align commercial direction with product vision and strategy.
Review and optimise lead management, qualification, handover, onboarding, and renewal processes.
Simplify and standardise sales stages, definitions, pipeline hygiene, and workflows.
Own and improve playbooks, SLAs, qualification frameworks, sales processes, onboarding flows, and upgrade paths.
Improve ICP clarity and messaging for conversion assets.
Evolve Vestd’s brand to support strategic objectives.
Work with BU Sales to sharpen forecasting discipline and opportunity management.
Collaborate with Business Unit CS to improve retention, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn risk.
Own pricing and packaging across our equity management products.
Own monetisation strategy, discount governance, and commercial guardrails.
Bring Business Units, Finance, Analytics and Product together around clear metrics, shared definitions, and aligned goals.
Integrate Marketing, Sales and CS into a best‑in‑class revenue function.
Reinforce an operational culture of accountability, clarity, and high performance.
Act as the final arbiter on revenue priorities, standards, and trade‑offs across BUs.
Essential Qualifications
7+ years of commercial SaaS leadership; 4+ years leading multi‑function revenue teams.
Track record of scaling ARR in high‑growth SaaS.
Deep knowledge of ICP segmentation, GTM design, and commercial modelling.
Strong experience collaborating with Technology and Business Units.
Executive presence and exceptional cross‑functional leadership.
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, equity management, cap‑table platforms, valuations, or regulated environments.
Appreciation of multi‑stakeholder SaaS purchasing cycles (CFOs, HR, legal teams).
Experience with ABM and Enterprise Sales strategies.
