Private Client Solicitor

We pride ourselves on being a modern, forward-thinking firm while maintaining the traditional values of a trusted legal partner. *The Role* We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our established and busy department. This is a high-quality role where you will be expected to hit the ground running with a mixed caseload. Your responsibilities will include: * Drafting Wills and Codicils. * Administering estates, including high-net-worth and complex probate matters. * Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. * Advising on Trust creation and administration. * Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning. * Actively participating in business development and networking to further the firm’s presence in the region. *About You* The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years’ PQE, though we welcome applications from candidates at all levels who can demonstrate the required expertise. We are looking for someone who is: * Capable of running their own mixed private client caseload with minimal supervision. * Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Commercially minded with a proven track record in billing. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * A team player who is keen to contribute to the growth of the department.
