Software Engineer - Industrial Automation (Delphi / Site-Based)

We don’t just build control systems — we build smart, reliable automation tailored to demanding industrial environments. *We are seeking a versatile *Software & Automation Engineer* to support and develop the following core areas of our business: *Bespoke software development (Delphi) * PLC programming (primarily Allen Bradley and Siemens, with exposure to Mitsubishi and Schneider platforms) * Electrical wiring diagram preparation * Instrumentation configuration and commissioning * Setup and troubleshooting of industrial communication protocols We are looking for an engineer who is adaptable, practical, and comfortable working across both software development and hands-on automation tasks. *We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong individual who can balance engineering knowledge with performing under deadlines. We would consider applicants ranging from graduates or those with limited experience through to experienced engineers.
