Tax Director

Tax Director – UK Corporate Tax London | High‑Growth Practice | PE‑Focused Clients We’re seeking a Tax Director to join a fast‑growing UK tax team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, keen to shape a modern, high‑performing tax offering and looking for a firm that is a break from the norm. You’ll work across the full spectrum of UK corporate tax advisory, compliance, reporting and governance while engaging directly with clients and senior leadership. What You’ll Do Corporate Tax Advisory Advise on loss utilisation, interest deductibility, restructurings, cash tax modelling and group simplifications Support tax due diligence and structuring for PE‑backed deals Lead post‑acquisition actions, refinancing, bolt‑ons and exit readiness Provide vendor assistance and exit support on transactions Compliance, Reporting & Governance Oversee UK corporation tax returns and ensure high‑quality delivery Help design an efficient, scalable compliance model Support clients with tax reporting and governance Business Development Originate new opportunities and support proposals, pitches and client meetings Work with cross‑service teams to identify multi‑disciplinary tax projects Build relationships and identify new revenue streams What You Bring Strong UK corporate tax and advisory experience (ideally from a Top 20 / Big 4) Transaction tax, diligence and structuring exposure Knowledge of tax accounting and HMRC enquiry management Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills Qualifications ACA/ACCA required, CTA preferred 7+ years’ UK corporate tax experience If you’re looking to step into a high‑impact leadership role with genuine growth potential, we’d love to speak with you.
