We are looking for a visionary Head of Transformation to drive our digital strategy and lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. In this role, you will define and implement a digital roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, lead cross-functional transformation programs, and ensure technologies such as automation, data analytics, and AI deliver measurable business value. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, drive a digital-first culture, and oversee governance, KPIs, and reporting for all transformation activities. Your leadership will ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and customer-focused digital solutions across the organisation. Requirements The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital transformation, strategy, or leadership roles Experience in consulting and / or enterprise transformation programs highly desirable Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology preferred Strong expertise in digitalization, ERP systems, automation, and data analytics Proven leadership and change management capability in complex organizations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach High resilience, structured work style, and entrepreneurial mindset Cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments German language skills are an advantage Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the UK.
