This role will allow for further development and career progression for the right candidate. Reporting to the Company Accountant this candidate will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties... Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts Post journals and prepare general ledger reconciliations Perform variance analysis against budget and investigate differences Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision making Support VAT compliance and statutory reporting requirements Assist with year end audit preparation and annual budgeting process Your skills & experience Experience of working in a busy finance department working across all areas of the accounts function. Currently Studying Towards ACCA or CIMA Qualification, looking to further develop and become qualified. Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
