Clinic Manager – Dialysis Clinic | Boston, Lincolnshire Location: Boston, Lincolnshire, UK Employer: The Medical People Recruitment (on behalf of a leading independent kidney care provider) Salary: Competitive (DOE) Hours: Monday–Saturday, day shifts (no nights) ⸻ About the Opportunity The Medical People Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading independent, nurse-led renal care provider delivering life-saving kidney care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales. As part of a respected international network of renal specialists, our client works in close partnership with the NHS, providing high-quality dialysis treatment in modern, welcoming environments using cutting-edge technology. We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire. ⸻ The Role This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinically strong and operationally focused manager who is passionate about patient-centred care. You will: ✔ Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic ✔ Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and patient-focused experience ✔ Lead and inspire a team of nurses and support staff ✔ Liaise with NHS Trusts and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) ✔ Drive and monitor quality improvement initiatives ✔ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development ✔ Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards (including KLoE) ✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting ⸻ About You To be successful in this role, you will have: ✔ Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications ✔ CQC Manager registration (or willingness to obtain) ✔ Proven clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis or renal setting ✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ✔ A hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style ✔ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities ✔ Evidence of Continued Professional Development (renal care desirable) ⸻ What’s on Offer ✨ Competitive salary (DOE) ✨ 35 days paid leave (including bank holidays) ✨ Company pension scheme ✨ Life assurance (3x annual salary) ✨ Retail discount scheme ✨ ANN UK membership ✨ Ongoing training and development ✨ Supportive, community-focused culture ✨ No night shifts ✨ Opportunity to be part of an international, innovative healthcare network ⸻ If you’re a passionate renal leader ready to make a meaningful impact and lead a high-performing dialysis team, we’d love to hear from you.
