Overview My client is a very successful Fintech with extensive operations in Asia but headquarters in London. The business has to date outsourced the finance function, but it is now at a point where it will bring the function in house to enable greater control and strategic impact. We are looking for an experienced ACA who has vision and enterprise and can bring a wide range of skills to the table, including business partnering, tender proposals, financial reporting, and capital markets experience. Candidates from a tech background would be preferred and financial services experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be able to create reporting from scratch and deliver inputs that an executive team needs to see to make informed decisions. Responsibilities Oversee all current and future FD financial operations, management reporting, and audit management, ensuring a seamless link with the CTO and broader leadership team as the business grows. Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure financial stability and strategic growth. Assist with creating a data room and providing company financial information for current and future capital raises. Manage investor relations and reporting for funding partners. Initially operate as a self-starter with a plan to build an appropriate team over time. Qualifications Qualified ACA with senior finance experience; ability to partner with executive leadership and drive strategic financial planning. Experience in business partnering, financial reporting, and capital markets; ability to create reporting from scratch. Tech experience preferred; financial services background advantageous. Strong communication skills to present to the executive team and external stakeholders.
