Key Responsibilities Conducting appraisals of properties for rental purposes and providing accurate valuations. Handling negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure successful rental agreements. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, porters, and other local stakeholders. Staying informed about the NW London rental market, including pricing trends and demand shifts. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
