Outpatient Manager – Mental Health Hospital - HCPC Registered Edinburgh (Hybrid) Full Time | Permanent Up to £55,000 per annum We are currently seeking an experienced Outpatient Manager to join a well-established mental health hospital based in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000. This is an exciting leadership role overseeing both onsite and online outpatient mental health services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective clinical delivery. The Role As Outpatient Manager, you will: Lead and manage the outpatient mental health service (including online provision) Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and service development Manage and support a multidisciplinary clinical team Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery Contribute to service growth and operational efficiency Requirements HCPC registered professional (essential) - Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Psychotherapist can be considered Strong background in mental health services Previous leadership or management experience Experience delivering or overseeing online outpatient services Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) Excellent organisational and communication skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary up to £55,000 Permanent, full-time position Opportunity to shape and develop outpatient services Supportive senior leadership team Based in Edinburgh with a well-established clinical reputation If you are a driven and experienced mental health professional looking to step into a strategic leadership role, we would love to hear from you.
