Senior Director – Algo Development An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading bank for a hands‑on Senior Director to join the bank and head up the Algo development team and be responsible for the future rapid growth of the team. This is an exciting time to join, lead the team, and become integral to future growth. The bank is committed to investing heavily and building out its Algo offering globally, with London as a major hub for growth. The role will work with the Front Office eFX and eRates groups in the trading business to build critical algorithms for electronic trading and focus on the design and development of the al­gorithms. You will need to be strategic in approach, hands‑on, and able to lead projects in a Java‑led environment. You will be responsible for directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff, as well as directing and managing the delivery of large or complex application development projects and defining strategies to meet client needs focused on technology development.
