AbouttheRole WeareseekingaTalentAcquisitionBusinessPartnerwhowillactasbothatrustedadviserandhands-onHRprofessional.ThishybridrolecombinesleadershipinrecruitmentwithHRgeneralistresponsibilities,ensuringweattract,hire,andretaintoptalentwhilesupportingemployeesthroughthefullHRlifecycle.TheTalentAcquisitionBusinessPartnerwillpartnercloselywithhiringmanagersandbusinessleadersfromtheRevenueandMarketingteamstodesigneffectiverecruitmentstrategies,deliveraseamlesscandidateexperience,andcontributetobroaderHRinitiativessuchason-boarding,performance,engagement,andemployeerelations. KeyResponsibilities TalentAcquisitionFunctions Manageend-to-endrecruitmentcycles:jobadvertising,sourcing,screeninginterviews,interviewing,candidateassessment,referencechecking,offers,andon-boarding. Serveasabrandambassador,ensuringaconsistentandpositivecandidateexperiencethatreflectscompanycultureandvalues. HRBusinessPartner/GeneralistFunctions Advisemanagersonemployeerelations,performancemanagement,andcareerdevelopmentandotherpeoplerelatedtopics Supportemployeesoncareerdevelopment,conflictresolution,employeerelationsissues,disciplinaryprocessesandotherpeoplerelatedtopicstoensurefairandconsistentpractices. PartnerwithPeopleoperationsonallHRrelatedtopics. Requirements Min3yearsofprovenexperienceinbothrecruitmentandfull-stackHRgeneralist/businesspartnerrolesina50-100FTEsscale-up. Abilitytomanagethefullrecruitmentlife-cycleformultipleroles,preferablyinafast-pacedormultinationalenvironment.RecruitmentexperienceintheUKandCanadaisamustandexperienceinSouthAfricaandAustraliawillbeconsideredasanadvantage. Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills,withthecredibilitytoinfluenceatalllevels. Business-focusedandsolutions-orientedapproach.
