Solicitor Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Belfast An established and well-respected litigation practice in Belfast is seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join its growing claimant-focused team. The role will involve acting on behalf of plaintiffs across a range of employers liability, public liability and clinical negligence claims. Youll have the opportunity to work on varied and meaningful cases, with exposure to complex liability and quantum issues, while developing strong client relationships from instruction through to resolution. The Role Will Involve: Managing a caseload of employers liability, public liability and clinical negligence matters Advising clients on liability, strategy, and prospects of success Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal submissions Engaging in negotiations, settlement discussions and, where appropriate, litigation Working closely with senior colleagues on more complex or high-value claims The Ideal Candidate: Has experience in personal injury litigation, ideally on the plaintiff side Brings strong drafting, organisational and client-care skills Is commercially aware, proactive and keen to develop their practice Clinical negligence experience is advantageous but not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with a strong reputation in plaintiff litigation, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility and long-term career development.
