Head of FP&A role, reporting to the Finance Director, primarily focused on commercial finance, planning, budgeting... but emphasis on working with data, Power BI for example. Client Details Market leader in global financial consulting Description Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with organisational goals. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify areas for financial improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations within the insurance sector. Profile A successful Head of FP&A should have: Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the insurance industry. Relevant professional qualifications in accounting or finance. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. A strategic mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights.
