Quantitative Developer

DescriptionTower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Quant Developer to join one of its trading teams in London. You will be joining the EMEA Development team and as a Quant Developer, you will be in charge of improving the current research framework through the development of existing and new tools, and provide close day-to-day support to the quantitative research team on-site.ResponsibilitiesIterating quickly with on-site quantitative researchers on the research processes in order to improve the desk's quantitative trading strategies P&LDeveloping Python tools used in trading strategies researchImproving the existing simulation/backtest frameworkMonitoring & maintenance of quantitative research jobsHelp global research team on EMEA-related research through various communication channelsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
