Water Industry Experience Isn’t Essential. Technical Depth Is. Strong Digital Twin expertise Systems thinking Technical credibility The ability to build trust with clients A strong cadence of delivery We should be able to put you in front of our client’s engineering, IT and asset teams - and they trust your judgement because you’ve genuinely done this (well) before. This role may not be right for you if: You prefer to stay at a purely conceptual or strategy level You’re uncomfortable being client-facing You avoid detailed design or architectural scrutiny You need tightly defined briefs before you can move We’re looking for someone practical, confident and hungry to help build things that work. Why this role exists Demand for Digital Twin work is growing - across the UK and internationally. On the services side, we help water companies define and deliver Digital Twins across treatment works, wastewater assets and major new reservoirs. On the products side, we bring best-in-class technology into water to solve problems existing solutions have struggled with - including AI partnerships with Williams Grand Prix Technologies and global Scientific Machine Learning leaders, JuliaHub. You’ll primarily strengthen our Digital Services capability (with occasional exposure to the products side as we scale). You’ll report into the Technical Director (Digital Services - AI & Digital Twins) and play a key role in delivering technically robust, scalable, high-impact Digital Twin programmes.
