Installation Engineer

Provide on-site installation and service support for mechanical and electrical pumping stations and associated equipment. Ensure installations meet design specifications and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Support the smooth operation of the business while contributing to growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install pumping station equipment, pipework, and ancillary systems to high standards, first time, using supplied drawings and technical packs. Liaise with Contracts Engineer to resolve site issues promptly and ensure efficient, profitable installations. Investigate and fix site issues during routine and emergency attendances. Respond to critical alarms from telemetry monitoring systems and provide reactive support as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. Maintain company property and equipment to a professional standard. Use company IT systems for accurate record keeping and to support KPI and SLA targets. Carry out other tasks as required to support business operations and growth. Key Attributes Self-motivated and able to work independently. Technically competent with experience in mechanical/electrical pump installation and maintenance. Strong fault-finding skills and product knowledge. Accurate, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Able to multitask and take on additional responsibilities.
