Product Marketplace Analyst

We’re looking for a Product Marketplace Analyst to join our Product team in a hands‑on role, supporting the design, analysis, and management of innovative insurance products. What you’ll do: Support research, design, and development of new products. Analyse markets, competitors, and product performance. Keep our FlightDeck platform up to date with accurate product information. Coordinate with tech, compliance, and sales teams. Assist with reporting, product launches, and documentation. What we’re looking for: Recent graduate with a 2:2 degree or above. Strong academic background with numerate A‑levels. Work experience (internship, placement, or graduate‑level). May already have work experience following graduation (desirable but not essential). Strong analytical and organisational skills. Degree in either analytics or humanities. Ideally someone interested in Psychology, Business, History. Right to work in the UK, London‑based 3 days a week. Proactive, detail‑driven, and eager to learn.
