Oversee and manage a portfolio of tax clients, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Develop and implement tax strategies tailored to client needs. Review and supervise the preparation of tax returns by junior team members. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and regulations. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff within the tax department. Assist in business development activities and client relationship management. Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated professional services. The Successful Applicant A successful Tax Senior Manager should have: Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge and expertise in tax regulations. Proven experience managing client portfolios within the professional services industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
